When you enroll in a course, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before accessing course materials.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge all fees incurred.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales, use, or value-added taxes, associated with your purchase.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

• You have watched less than 30% of the course content
• The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
• You provide a valid reason for the refund request

5.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• You have completed more than 30% of the course
• The refund request is made after 7 days from purchase
• You have downloaded course materials or certificates
• You have violated our Terms of Service

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our customer support at support@asiactt.org with your order number and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5.4 Course Cancellation by Organization

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another course of equal value.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Asia Cloud Think Tank and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials
• Share your account or course access with others
• Record, download, or redistribute course videos
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASIA CLOUD THINK TANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Investment losses resulting from educational content
• Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in course materials
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asia Cloud Think Tank, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator (if negotiation fails)
3. Binding arbitration in Hong Kong under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability
